Terms Of Service

Hi! I'm Haze, I'm a Content Creator and also a part time freelance graphic designer. I can do some logo design, stream overlay (stream related stuff), editing videos and more!

General Rules

  • International clients will be charged in USD, local (Malaysian) clients will be charged in MYR.

  • Commissioned product must be credited to my Twitter/Twitch, you may NOT claim the credit as yours.

  • You are allowed to use the commissioned product as you see fit as long as it's for your PERSONAL use and NOT for RESELLING purposes.

  • If you were to cancel your order, you are only allowed to ask for a 50% refund of the commission price.

  • I have the right to post your finished commissioned product into my portfolio for any reason.

  • I have the right to decline any order/request and clients for any reason.

Procedure

  • Client must provide images or any type of reference for the artist, it will greatly help the artist work flow.

  • Artist will then sketch up a rough idea for the clients and payment will be made upon confirmation whether it be half or full payment.

  • The artist will ONLY start working on the commission after receiving any amount of payment as a deposit.

  • Minor changes are allowed to be made during the making of the commission but any BIG CHANGES that results on a full restart are not allowed.

  • Changes that results on more complex design may be charged with extra fee.

  • After the commissioned product is finished, the artist will send a watermarked version of the product first for checking and the finished product will be sent after full payment have been made.

  • Payment will be made through PayPal in USD for anyone outside of Malaysia and local bank / DuitNow / SociaBuzz (DM me for details about SociaBuzz) can be used for people in Malaysia.
